Compliance and WhatsApp Use

This page gives platform reviewers, customers and users a clear explanation of what SpaceOS does, how we use WhatsApp, and what we do not allow on our service.

What SpaceOS Is

SpaceOS is a software-as-a-service product for property and rental operators. It helps owners and managers maintain internal operational records for properties, units, tenants, bookings, payments, receipts, reminders, reports and service workflows.

What SpaceOS Is Not

• SpaceOS is not a public property marketplace and does not list properties for public sale or rent.
• SpaceOS is not a real-estate broker, landlord, lender, insurer, bank, payment institution or investment service.
• SpaceOS does not sell regulated goods or services through WhatsApp.
• SpaceOS does not sell or facilitate alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons, adult services, gambling, financial products, medical products or other prohibited commerce categories.
• SpaceOS does not ask users to send UPI PINs, card numbers, bank passwords or full Aadhaar numbers over WhatsApp.

WhatsApp Messaging Purpose

WhatsApp is used for utility and service communication connected to a user's existing relationship with a property operator. Examples include:

• Rent due reminders and payment-link notifications.
• Tenant onboarding or welcome messages.
• Day-booking confirmations and booking updates.
• Receipts, support responses and important account/service notifications.

SpaceOS does not use WhatsApp templates for unsolicited promotions or prohibited commerce. Users can request that WhatsApp reminders stop by contacting the relevant property operator or emailing admin@amigolabs.in.

Customer Data and Consent

Property owners and managers are responsible for adding tenant or guest information only when they have a lawful reason and required consent. SpaceOS stores operational records for the account owner and provides deletion request options through the app and by email.

Policy Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse SpaceOS, upload unlawful data, send spam, harass tenants, impersonate others, or use the service for prohibited commerce or illegal activity. Report concerns to admin@amigolabs.in.
