Data Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of your SpaceOS account and associated data. This page explains the available deletion methods and what may be retained.
Delete From the App
- Open the SpaceOS app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Deleting an owner account may delete related properties, units, tenants, payments, reminders and operational records connected to that account.
Delete by Email
If you cannot access the app, email admin@amigolabs.in from your registered email address with the subject "SpaceOS account deletion". Include your account email and phone number so we can verify the request.
Tenant Data Requests
Tenants whose information was added by an owner or manager can contact the owner directly or email us. We may need to verify the request and coordinate with the account owner where the owner is the primary controller of property records.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, backup or compliance reasons. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or due to technical backup cycles.
