Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SpaceOS, operated by Amigo Labs. By creating an account or using SpaceOS, you agree to these Terms.

Use of SpaceOS

SpaceOS helps owners and managers operate properties, PGs, study halls, co-working spaces and similar facilities. You are responsible for the accuracy of the property, tenant, payment and document information you add to the service.

SpaceOS is a software-as-a-service product. We do not sell, rent, broker or list properties to the public, and we do not provide banking, lending, insurance, investment, legal or government identity services.

Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not share access with unauthorised persons or use SpaceOS for unlawful purposes.
• Managers or staff should only access data they are authorised to handle.

Tenant Data and Consent

If you add tenant data, send reminders or request verification, you must have a lawful reason and any required consent from the tenant. You must not misuse tenant contact details, documents, payment information or verification results.

Payments, Subscriptions and Add-ons

SpaceOS may offer paid subscriptions, tenant verification, WhatsApp reminders, payment links or other add-ons. Prices, billing cycles and feature limits will be shown before purchase. Payment gateway charges, taxes or third-party fees may apply.

Verification and Documents

Verification features, including Aadhaar QR, offline XML, DigiLocker or third-party checks, are intended to support identity and document review. They do not guarantee tenant behaviour, financial reliability, police clearance or legal suitability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload fake, unlawful, harmful or unauthorised data.
• Use SpaceOS to harass tenants or send unlawful communications.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the service or disrupt our systems.
• Reverse engineer, resell or misuse SpaceOS without written permission.
• Use SpaceOS or WhatsApp messaging to sell prohibited goods or services, regulated products, adult services, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, gambling, misleading financial products or unlawful offers.

WhatsApp and Communication Use

WhatsApp messages sent through SpaceOS are intended for utility communication connected to an existing property relationship, such as rent reminders, payment links, receipts, tenant onboarding updates, booking confirmations and support responses. You must not use SpaceOS to spam users or send marketing without appropriate consent.

Service Availability

We work to keep SpaceOS reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, third-party failures or events outside our control. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceOS and Amigo Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses caused by incorrect user data, tenant disputes, third-party services, payment provider issues or unlawful use of the service.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates legal risk, harms users, or threatens service security. You may stop using SpaceOS or request account deletion at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
