Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Paid SpaceOS subscriptions, if offered, renew monthly or yearly based on the plan selected. You may cancel future renewals by contacting us or using the cancellation controls provided in the app or billing platform.

SpaceOS fees are for access to business software and usage-based software features. We do not collect rent on behalf of tenants, broker property rentals, sell properties, or operate as a payment institution.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may provide a refund or account credit at our discretion if there is a duplicate charge, billing error, failed activation, or a service issue that prevents meaningful use of the paid feature.

Tenant Verification and Usage Add-ons

Tenant verification, Aadhaar QR checks, DigiLocker checks, WhatsApp reminders and similar usage-based add-ons are generally non-refundable once the request has been initiated, consumed, or sent to a third-party provider. Unused prepaid credits may be refunded or credited at our discretion.

Payment Gateway Fees

Third-party payment gateway fees, bank charges and taxes may be deducted or may be non-refundable depending on the provider's rules.

How to Request a Refund

Email admin@amigolabs.in with your account email, payment date, amount, transaction ID and reason for the request. We aim to review refund requests within 7 business days.
